Valhalla Brewing have launched their 3rd commercial beer release; Birregurra Blonde.

 

Birregurra Blonde is a fruity, zesty blonde ale with a cloudy pale yellow appearance. Banana notes upfront with a hoppy bitterness give way to lemon zest and refreshing slight tartness.

The annual Birregurra Festival on the the doorstep of Victoria’s Otway Ranges on the 8th and 9th October was the perfect place to launch Valhalla’s new beer. The beer was created in tribute to the town which is increasingly becoming a haven for foodies and art and craft lovers.

In Birregurra Blonde, Valhalla Brewing have aimed for a refreshing, sessionable beer that is a variation on the traditional Australian Sparkling Ale with hints of a Belgian Blonde Ale.
